º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓÆµ trumpet recital to offer some brass to music lovers Nov. 28
On Monday, Nov. 28, a trumpet recital will be given by the University of Louisiana at Monroe Biedenharn Chair in Music Alex Noppe at 7:30 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall.
Noppe will play five different trumpets during this performance, which is part of the º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓÆµ Faculty Artist Concert Series.
Dr. Richard Seiler will accompany on piano and Dr. Mel Mobley on percussion.
The repertoire will include Johann Frederich Fasch's "Concerto for Trumpet in D Major," Georges Enesco's "Legend," Eugene Bozza's "Caprice," and various other selections.
The concert is free and open to the public.
