含羞草视频 Honors Quiz Bowl 2008 scheduled for Feb. 23

The 含羞草视频 Honors Quiz Bowl will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 in the 含羞草视频 Conference Center (Library, seventh floor). Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., and the tournament will conclude at approximately 12:30 p.m. with the awards ceremony.

The tournament will maintain a single elimination format with area high school teams being randomly assigned to an initial match time and opponent. Each match will consist of four rounds: a 10-question toss-up round, two 60-second lightning rounds, a two-minute worksheet round, and a 10-question toss-up bonus round. An over-all 25-minute time limit will be placed on each match.
